They did large job for me this past week and they were excellent. I had a Trenchless Sewer Line repair and a new trap installed. I had water backing up into my house so they came within 24 hours to hydro blast my lines to clear them out enough that the water would flow. the following week they did the Line Repair. The crew was highly skilled and knew what there doing! I highly recommend this company for any plumbing job!

Top notch service, pricing, and product. I am a new first time homeowner and I had a lot of issues with flooding within 3 days of buying the place. I connected with Mike with Krupp Whitney Plumbing and knew I was in good hands. The men are very easy to communicate with, friendly, and do top notch work. They replaced my sewer line within 48 hours and when you look at my gravel driveway – you can hardly tell anything was done! They involved me in the process and informed me on everything I needed to know to keep my line in optimal shape and prolong its life. For working with p**p they sure run a clean operation. If you’re looking for reasonable prices, top notch work, and to be treated with respect and maybe share a few laughs – Krupp Whitney is your place!

Krupp Whitney gets a 5 Star from us. Believe me, we did our homework and got a few estimates and KW won. From Scott walking in our door to explain in detail what they would do while assuring us they wouldn’t run into any other issues and he was right. KW worked around our schedule. Trevor arrived and went right to work. He was polite, informative & neat with such a messy job. He was very conscientious with keeping us informed with what he was going to do next. A major job was done in 6 hours and we are very pleased! Call KW if you have plumbing issues and I assure you, you’ll be satisfied.

I had a very positive experience with Mike and Nathan from Krupp Whitney Plumbing. I need to replace the sewer lines of my home, which is a significant repair. Mike and Nathan were polite, clear, and knowledgeable, and they took the time to explain to me all the steps involved in such a major repair. They went twice to my home and used a camera to inspect the sewer line. In the end, I hired another company that offered me a more competitive estimate, but next time I need any type of plumbing service, I will call them again.

My recent experience with Krupp Whitney was great from start to finish. I dealt with Scott and he did a free consultation/estimate within 24 hours of us connecting; provided great detail as to the scope of work; and the pricing was very fair and clearly outlined. They cared for the property during the installation of a sewer pipe lining and billed accurately once finished. Every time I reached out to Scott with questions he was fast to respond and overall the team seemed very knowledgeable about the best approach to the issue (cracked terra cotta pipe section). I’m a guy, personally and professionally as a Realtor for 14 years, that gets at least 3 opinions and estimates because I want things done the correct way but also know there typically isn’t just ONE way to do it correctly. I “interview” the companies before letting them do the work especially with sizeable jobs like this. Krupp Whitney is a company I can trust moving forward. Krupp Whitney just finished a trenchless sewer repair at my home with very difficult access. Their bid was half what a competitor would have charged, as Krupp was willing to bring in a mini excavator to keep the labor cost down. The job was done beautifully and the site was left in great condition when they were done. The guys were professional, experienced and polite. They did a trenchless repair for me at another home several years ago and we were very pleased with that job as well. I’d highly recommend Nathan and his team to anyone looking for trenchless sewer work.

I would not recommend them at all. They left our property a mess.. They uprooted bushes to put a sewer line in said they would replace it and dud not. Their reply was we are not landscapers. Reporting to BBB..

Put my information in on their website for the camera scope inspection and was called the next day and appointment was scheduled for the day after! Darrell was amazing- answered all of my “new homeowner questions” that I had. Gave great advice and would highly recommend this company!
