I had 2 men from Sevacko plumbing come out this morning and did a terrific job. They were neat and worked fast and made sure everything was 100%. I would reccomend them to anyone who needs a good plumbing job!

Sevacko’s plumbers did a great and fast job repairing the broken water line. However, their management/office staff were extremely poor at communicating and managing the work. They did not complete the yard work, leaving a mound of dirt stretching across our yard for 6 months. We gave up of being “on the list”, with many empty promises, excuses, and no returned calls from the management. Our warranty provider was able to reassign the work to another plumber who has been very responsive and is coming tomorrow. Night and day difference.

D.R. Sevacko Plumbing responded within hours of my calling. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue efficiently. Were respectful of property and left me with very little clean up. Was informed of dispatch and progress via e-mail from beginning to end. Much appreciated. Definitely will use them again if the need arises.

Called before arrival. Unclogged my basement floor drain in a timely manner. Made sure all drains were clear before leaving. Would definitely use there service again.

Rob and Nick came out over the weekend(1/13/24) as an emergency call. They came out within an hour after placing my insurance claim for the clogged plumbing. They went above and beyond to make sure our clog was cleared, and made sure all the plumbing was in working order prior to leaving. Both of them were very professional and also VERY informative about the process. This not the first time Rob had to come out to our house. Both times we had excellent services, and we are grateful that he is so knowledgeable and was able to fix our issues. We will definitely recommend them and this company to friends and family.

Mike and Rob were out this morning to replace my hot water tank. Not only were they professional and communicated with us before arriving, but they also knew their job well and were very affordable. They were in and out quickly and not only made sure our tank worked along with the expansion tank that they had to add to bring it to code worked but also made sure the gas to our two stoves came back on before they left. I would highly recommend them both!!

I had a bad experience earlier this year; in hindsight I had asked plumbers to fix a toilet that I could have fixed myself for cheaper than the cost of that phone call. Today they sent a master plumber to deal with a nasty leak on my ceiling – they were timely and professional. And their repair is already leaking!!! One day!

Used these guys to replace my water main shutoff valve and I have nothing but great things to say! Both Cory and Travis were very friendly and professional. Called them for the replacement and they were out the same day within the hour. Waters back on and the work they have done is solid! Thank you again Cory, Travis and the Sevacko Team!

JJ and Rob came out to snake our drain they both were very informative by explaining exactly what they were doing and showed us how to check in the future for a clog. Definitely would recommend this company to others no gimmicks or additional fees you pay for the work they do.
