Mark and Jay met with me, carefully went over all my maintenance needs and readily suggested excellent solutions. I was given straight forward answers and both guys worked hard to get the job done. Replaced older water heater for a big, bold and beautiful Bradford White 40 gallon gas tank. They had to maneuver up and down a narrow and deep plight of stairs to fit it in snuggly into a very tight space. No easy task! Out of nowhere, a major emergency issue came up that was tackled and resolved immediately. As a homeowner, I highly recommend Solution Based Plumbing!

I’ve been having plumbing problems for a while, pipes springing leaks etc. Recently the hot water heater started leaking. It was only 3 years new! Josh sent his team over and the didn’t just replace the water heater, they found out that the water conditioner hadn’t been working properly and the well water wasn’t being treated which was the reason why the water was corroding the pipes! Took a couple days to fix the system and didn’t have to replace the whole thing! Got the new water heater installed and now all is good! John, Nathan, Matt and Josh, and all the workers were SO professional, polite and neat!!

I had a wonderful experience with Solution Based Plumbing. Josh and Stacey were warm, knowledgeable and efficient. Not too long ago, I woke up one morning to a basement full of water. Unfortunately my sump pump failed. Thankfully, Solution Based Plumbing was recommended to me by my neighbor. Once contacted, the team at Solution Based Plumbing jumped into action. Within a few hours, I had workers draining and cleaning my basement. The process was seamless and I always felt that I was in good hands. I would highly recommend this amazing team.

They are experts in their field helping us not only keep our house running everyday; but, also bring an amazing and honest advisory service to our major home renovation of a 1800/1900 farm home in Wayne. 100+ year old homes require a company of their caliber to not only maintain them but ensure new systems blend into the existing character and function of the home. Solution based has done many different types of work for me, including a boiler replacement, a mini split, and adding natural gas service to my house. The technicians are knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing or HVAC.

I used this plumbing company and I was incredibly disappointed. They were hours late for the appointment, and when they finally arrived, they had no idea what they were doing. I ended up having to call a different plumbing company after they left to fix the problem they weren’t able to. I don’t recommend this company at all.

Had an very complex and confusing issue with backfilling a random hole that no other company was willing to help with or look into. Called SBH and Stacy was very kind and friendly, we had someone sent out the next day during the time period we were told to expect. The plumber told us what we needed to do, the issues to look out for, went above and beyond with his consultation and we got our situation worked out before the city fined us. Very knowledgable down to earth people, we’ll definitely be coming back for other plumbing heating ac needs,

We had an excellent experience with Solution Based. We hired them to diagnose an issue with our overly complicated shower. They were very responsive, professional, and fairly priced. Highly recommend.
