If I could give 18 stars I would. My experience couldn’t have been better. Professional, punctual and generous. Louis located my broken downspout drain and gave me options for repair, including how to fix it myself if I wanted to save money. They will be my first call when I’m looking for help in the future. Beyond expectations.

Louis at Willamette Valley Sewer and Drain did a great job of cleaning out a simple clogged kitchen drain line. Unlike the corporate approach, he did not try to sell me additional services (and not needed). He simply; showed up the same day of my call, did the work, checked it carefully to ensure it drained, cleaned up and got paid. Period! He was good to talk to and had a good understanding of his field. I will recommend him and use him for his services on other properties.

My elderly father needed his toilet fixed and they came out right away and took care of it. They were friendly and charged WAY less than Rotor Rooter. Appreciate these guys and HIGHLY recommend. Will definitely be calling them again if I have any future issues.

Great service, came out after 10 pm for emergency glogg and worked on it for hours came back next morning and worked on it some more until finally getting it cleared. Great service!

These guys are great. Took my call late. Let me ask questions and tried to talk them out of a job. They gave me great advice that ended up working and saving me a bit of money, and they still came out and gave me a hand and some more great advice. Due to my old pipes I’ll definitely need a plumber again and they will be first to my list.
