Wapiti Pacific Contractors 4 weeks agoPlain and simple. Don’t do business with someone that doesn’t return your phone calls or emails. If they can’t be professional enough to do that within a 24-48 hour timeframe, then maybe… you should take your business elsewhere. In response to the owner… nice try. Communication is absolute key in running a business. No voicemail received nor a reply on the email.

Trinity Building Group 10 months agoI have a 112 year old house that needed not only a paint job but some loving care in replacing eaves, patching up corbels, fixing the columns and more. Steve did an AMAZING job. He was not only detailed oriented he cared for my house like it was his own. His calm and accepting manner was incredibly easy to work with. Close to the end of the job I asked to paint the underside of the eaves the color of the trim instead of the house color. He was willing and open to the idea. Suzanne, Steve’s wife, a color consultant, walked me through the process of finding the right colors for my house. They both gave 110% ! I feel fortunate to have worked with Steve and I plan on hiring him for other home projects.

Timberline Painting Company LLC 4 months agoDaniel and his team are incredible professionals and completed the work on my home beautifully. I would recommend Daniel to anyone! I’m especially grateful for the professionalism and kindness Daniel embodied each step of the process (it’s so rare to encounter this these days and these characteristics are invaluable during a potentially stressful project and alongside anything that requires unplanned investment). He approached the work with thoughtfulness for the end result and its long term sustainability – both very important factors in home improvements/repair work that many folks may skim over for short-term solutions. The end result is exceptional and I look forward to working with Daniel and team again in the future.

KLM Construction Co 2 months agoWe just completed our 3rd project with KLM. Their crews are hard working and focused. The price is more than competitive. This project, a concrete floor in a pole barn, was completed in two working days, and we are extremely happy with the results, and with KLM.

Eastside Drywall 6 years agoThis company is based in Sandy, but they told me that my Brightwood home–which is 22 simple highway miles away–was too far for the them to drive in order to provide service for me. I ended up using another company which is based out of Hubbard– 57 miles away!!
