Troy, Jacob and drew did an amazing job with all the work they performed for 3 days at my home. Each day when they were done they cleaned up so good that I couldn’t tell they were there. I feel more secure now that all the repiping is done! I hope they took a break because I never saw them stop working 😂. Colin was also a big help in accessing the problems and preparing a plan, professional and not pushy. Thanks again and we will definitely consider you when it comes time for the bathroom remodel. Thanks again.

Henco plumbing gave same day service and kept us in formed of arrival time. Mark arrived on time and neatly dressed and groomed. Shoe covers applied and an assessment was made. He performed the least invasive measure first which turned out to be all that was needed. He left the house without a trace of him being there. He was very courteous and represented Henco and Sunset plumbing very well. And yes, I most certainly would recommend and use them again.

This company took nearly $500 in payment to scan for a leak and never provided the report and will not call me back after 3 phone calls and promises to return my call.

Chris Greenwood is an outstanding project manager with Henco Plumbing. He communicated before and after our first meeting, and was friendly and professional throughout his in-person evaluation of my wife’s and my repipe project. During that evaluation, he proved his knowledge of plumbing systems old and new, including noting a variety of choices for getting our home’s plumbing streamlined and modernized. Chris was open and attentive to my input regarding specific components that may be included in the job. He also expressed concern, ideas, and product specifics, pertaining to getting not only the most efficient plumbing upgrades for our home, but also the safest, cleanest water for consumption. Finally, Chris made it clear that Henco would carefully itemize the costs within their proposal, provide a competitive and flexible bid, and would start and complete the job in a timely manner accommodating my wife’s and my schedules. Again, I was very impressed with every aspect of Chris’ expertise and professionalism.

Henco had great customer service from the initial phone call to in person at appointment. The communication was impeccable and I knew exactly when to expect them. Justin did a great job fixing our toilet and was fast at addressing the issue and sending me an estimate. We had to schedule a time for him to come back and we were able to get that in right away. Over all fast service and easy to get an appt. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend
