We had a water leak about a year ago right after we moved into our first home. Simons Construction and Drains was out there day of to assess the damage and create a plan. Due to a local internet company placing their maintenance box on top of the lines, the project became much bigger than we all expected. Josh and Rich were checking in and trying to get answers for us daily while they fought with the internet company and city on our behalf. They were most pleasant to work with and really cared about us and doing the job correctly. We will be using them in the future for our next project.

Cannot recommend these guys enough! There seems to be no fix that they can’t do because every time I call them they are there same day to quote and explain what’s going on which is so helpful when you aren’t super knowledgeable in plumbing or major fixes but I’ve learned so much just from them taking the time to explain it to me. Plus, they aren’t price gouging even though the work they do is without a doubt the best I’ve seen while managing a manufactured home park. They will continue to have my business as long as they keep answering my many phone calls. 10/10 if you’re thinking about calling just do it you won’t be disappointed!!

Highly recommend these guys! We needed a second opinion for repairs on short notice while our house was in the process of being sold. Josh showed up the same day, provided a free estimate and offered great advice. We hired them to fix a leak in the drain which ended up being a bit more complicated than we thought. They handled it quickly, professionally, and for a great price. If you need any plumbing or drain work done, call Simons.

Josh showed up so quick just to turn out that my issue with my tankless water heater was super simple and even tried to leave without charging me anything. If that doesn’t tell you how honest these guys are i don’t know what does. This was the best customer service i’ve had in a very long time, respectful, well put together and super communicative. Thank you guys for helping me get the hot water going just in time for inspection!
