Great experience! Calling a plumber can be a hassle. Not knowing the costs or the firm or whether or not you are getting a good deal. We found Terry Massey through the Chamber of Commerce and when we called we spoke to a Very polite well spoken representative named Davik who was very helpful. In fact, he took care of most of the phone call for us. Asking us what the problem was, getting all our information and setting the appointment. The day of the appointment, they were right on time. They assessed the problem, explained what needed to be done and gave us a fair and reasonable quote. The job was done quick and very professionally. We were thrilled at the speed and quality. The customer service was fantastic from first call to paying the invoice, we couldn’t have been more happy. Thank you again and we highly recommend. Cheers!

Terry came over today expecting to install a replacement water heater. Instead he showed me how to get more life out of the heater I thought had died. He could’ve done a job worth thousands of dollars, but he’s such a nice and honest worker, he saved me a lot of money. I will definitely trust Terry Massey Plumbing in the future!

Jamie was so kind and empathetic and David was respectful, very patient, detailed, and knowledgeable. I had a leak coming through my ceiling from an upstairs bathroom and David found the source and fixed the issue. He also patiently answered my mom’s many questions. My mother was impressed by David’s kindness, patience, and detailed thinking process. On top of everything, the bill was very reasonable. I am happy to refer and will definitely use Terry Massey Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Stellar service. Great communication and follow up. They were able to come early and were respectful throughout the whole process. David had wonderful energy on site, treated myself and my home kindly, and answered my questions without hesitation or judgement. As a single femme homeowner I was absolutely delighted to find a local company I, not only felt safe inviting into my home, but one I felt I could trust as well. I will be keeping their information close and trusting them with my plumbing repairs and projects well into the future and recommending them to my community.

I have used Terry Massey Plumbing everytime I have had a need, clogged drains, new toilet installation, broken pipes, updates to outdoor spigots and I have always been 100% pleased. They are accommodating, easy to schedule and will call if you ask for a sooner arrival date if an opening comes up. Very personable and respectful of your needs, friendly and courteous. This includes the servicemen and also their schedulers! Can’t miss with this group.

The men that came to do the job were very, polite, friendly and professional. I had a lot of random plumbing questions for them and they were able to answer them and make me feel more secure in using the plumbing that we have. They did the job quickly and efficiently and left no trace that they had even been here. I would highly recommend them and will call on them again if we need any further plumbing jobs to be done. I called Terry Massey Plumbing to fix a toilet that wasn’t flushing. What was supposed to be a simple clog removal became a much bigger job. Terry and his team went above and beyond and did everything they could to find a solution. I can tell they take pride in what they do and are dedicated to high quality work and outstanding customer service. When things get messy, I’ll definitely be calling Massey again! 😉
