We are now fans of Roto-Rooter! It’s almost 5pm on a Friday when our outside faucet wouldn’t shut off. Within 30 minutes Alex showed up and fixed the problem right away. He was great! He was polite, friendly and professional. And bonus points because my dog loved Alex and he was great with our dog! 😍 We are very pleased with the service he provided. Thanks Alex!

Tech Alex came to our home to fix a blockage on our plumbing going into our septic and he was absolutely amazing. His knowledge and fun loving attitude made this problem so much easier for us to deal with, because to be honest having a plumbing issue sucks but when you have a great tech it makes it easier to deal with.
