Indigo Plumbing provided excellent service in assisting us with a warranty replacement of a Navien tankless water heater. They picked up the ball and ran with it after another plumbing service provider started well but failed to follow the process through and ultimately wanted to take advantage of us, literally!! From start to finish the process with Indigo Plumbing was exceptional. The person receiving my initial call of frustration was very helpful. The next person, Christopher kept me informed as the process moved quickly. He and another person installed the unit, they were skilled and gave me detailed information in answering my questions about the unit and warranty. The installation was done expeditiously and with quality. I have no complaints. Thanks indigo for getting our water hot again. Your service is second to none.

Had a great experience with this company. Chris who I worked with is just a nice guy in general and him and my dog were best friends by the end of the job. I liked that this company was able to give me a 3 or 4 hour window of time they were coming in as opposed to other places that gave 8 hour windows or called to schedule but then didn’t show up when they said. Pricing was fair and less expensive than larger companies. I will definitely use them again if I have anymore issues.

My wife and I had planned on replacing the water tank later next year and life had different plans. Chris with Indigo Plumbing came out inspected the area and quoted based on our needs. Things lined up with parts and were able to get a tankless system fully installed the next day. Extremely happy with the professionalism and friendliness, I would recommend them to anyone and plan on using them again in the future. Thank you all at Indigo Plumbing! -Izaac L
