Very disappointed and frustrated. I tried to get them to fix my water heater. They charged me $174 just to look at it. They told me the problem but didn’t want to try to get the part to fix it. They insisted I find the part for them so they could come back and charge me like $600 for an hour of work to swap it out. I ordered and changed the part myself just to discover that’s not the issue. So now I’m out close to $400 (part included) without a working water heater due to their “service”. Do not hire them unless you are absolutely clueless about your problem and have money to waste. Edit* It was the burner. Your guy didn’t even check the burner.

The two gentlemen that showed up were very pleasant knowledgeable and courteous. They went above and beyond explaining what needed to be done. They also answered all my questions with politeness and double checked everything for me. I would recommend Roto-Rooter and the gentleman that worked there and if need be hopefully not back to work on something else.

Dusty and Tyler seem to really care about their customers. They took the time to teach and explain as well as address a few minor issues we were experiencing. I was not prepared for the price of having our tankless water heater flushed because the office was unable to provide an estimate. My only feedback is for the receptionist to know the total price and for the option to flush a tankless to be included in the online scheduling tool. The total price also includes materials because they can only use them one time. Great experience though, and I highly recommend Dusty and Tyler.

I had a clogged main drain pipe. They came the same day, cleared the clog, and the fee was very affordable. This was my second time using them. Great service at a great price.
