I have never nor will I ever use this company. On May 21, 2024 at approximately 9:40 am, one of their drivers almost ran me off the road going northbound on the Hefner Parkway. I laid on the horn at them and as I passed them at the next intersection, the two occupants had the nerve to flip me off. I bet their quality of work matches their driving skills.

Disclaimer: I’ve never used this company. However, my child and I were nearly killed today by one of the drivers for this company. I wasn’t able to catch the truck number, but after seeing that this is a pattern for these drivers, I wanted to share what happened anyway as it still reflects on the entire company. I never leave reviews, especially negative ones, as I’m also a small business owner and understand how hard it is to support a family with said business. But my family was nearly stolen from me today by a driver representing this company, because they thought it was FUNNY to go 10mph under the speed limit in the left lane, and then swerve into the right lane (nearly into the side of my car me and my baby were both on) anytime someone tried to pass him. The fact that I am the third person to leave a review of dangerous and reckless driving shows that this company has an issue with hiring good people, so I’d recommend you avoid inviting them into your house.

I feel bad for the owner because I’ve never actually used their service. Unfortunately though their driver in truck #14 ran myself and other drivers off the road with his aggressive and dangerous driving. When I caught up to the truck to get information off it. The driver and passenger just waved and smiled. Either they were completely oblivious to the danger they put myself and other people in or they just didn’t care. Either way that type of extremely dangerous driving should not be tolerated.

Mike came by and swapped out a busted (frozen) spigot. Took about a half hour and he was both thorough and professional. Very pleased.
