Stephen is one of my pen names as a writer. Please understand that I don’t want my real name on the internet. I called Wiggy’s as soon as they opened on Friday, explaining that there was a smell I was worried about under the sink. It was making me ill. I didn’t have money on hand, but since I’ve been a customer for years in good standing, I asked for credit. She said she’d bill me. I waited and called later when I hadn’t heard anything. She said it would be 1 or 2 hours more and they’d call 30 minutes before coming since I’m in a wheelchair and might need time to get transferred into it and to the door. They didn’t show. At approximately 4:10 pm, I called again and no one answered even though they didn’t close until 4:30. By this time, I was throwing up and dizzy. I left a message asking someone to please call me back. We later learned that there was still a leak under the sink from the last time they were here. Water had dripped into a container underneath. Everything that went in that sink combined and we ended up with chlorine gas, which is highly toxic. All it takes is a little bleach and vinegar to be deadly. By the time it was repaired and cleaned out, my daughter, our pets, and I were all sick. This poisoning can cause permanent damage or even kill. I’m disabled and highly susceptible to these effects. It’s 1:30 pm on Monday and they never called back. If Wiggy’s didn’t want to do the work and bill it, they should’ve said so. They didn’t. They shouldn’t have led me on until it was too late to call someone else. I was a good customer. We couldn’t DiED! I’m now considering litigation and will NEVER hire them again. They put my family and pets in danger because of an obvious lackadaisical attitude and lack of responsibility. That’s unforgiveable. By the way, Wiggy isn’t Accredited by the bbb and there’s a very insightful complaint on there regarding their work ethic. Also, they knew the sink had a leak the last time they came, but failed to repair it. I wasn’t aware until they’d left.

I was in need of plumbing services, and I called Wiggys on a Sunday evening and left a message. Promptly, I had a call back from them on 8 am Monday morning. Wiggy’s came out that day to fix the problem. They were quick and the price was very reasonable. I will call them any time I need future plumbing work- I can’t recommend them enough.

I called Wiggleys Plumbing to install a kitchen sink. The plumber arrived on time and completed the task in short order. They were very professional, courteous and neat. I would highly recommend Wiggleys for your next plumbing Job.

I had a water line leaking in my backyard wiggy’s came out and replaced the water line from the meter to the house. They did a excellent job a very reasonable price. They did a lot of work and a great job,very professional. I can’t say thanks enough for a job well done. They are the best

Wiggy’s has always been my go to plumber of choice but today they went above and beyond! I own a daycare center and needed a plumber out quickly but when I called they said they were booked. I missed a return call from them (I was calling multiple other companies and no one was available until Monday) AND less than an hour from my call they pull into our parking lot!!!! So grateful because plumbing is a vital requirement in order for our daycare to operate!!

Had a bad clog Sunday night, called Wiggy’s at 8 am Monday and it was fixed by 5 pm the same day. The plumbers were professional, called ahead so I didn’t have to take a full day off work, and were very clear with what the issues were while they were working. This isn’t the first time I’ve used them and they’re consistently easy to work with and reasonably priced. If I need plumbers again they’ll be my first call. 5 stars, thank you Wiggy’s!

I had a front outdoor faucet that needed to be replaced. My neighbor informed me that he contacted Wiggy’s for the same issue, and they charged him $175.00. On May 15, 2023, I contacted Wiggy’s for an estimate. They came out on May 16, 2023, and quoted me a price of $225.00, $50 more than what they charged my neighbor. I was okay with the price and approved them to replace the faucet. After they left, I noticed that they left a huge mess on my house where they replaced the faucet. I googled things to clean up their mess and spent over $25.00 purchasing supplies to attempt to clean the mess, to no avail. On June 28, 2023, I contacted Wiggy’s and spoke with Bri. I explained the mess that the company left and explained that I couldn’t clean it up, and asked if someone could please come clean their mess. She advised me that they would get someone out. On July 1, 2023, I called and left a voicemail informing them that no one came out to clean the mess. On July 12, 2023, Bri advised me that someone would be out and that they had been busy with new customers. On July 13, 2023, and July 14, 2023, one of their techs called and left a voicemail stating that they were trying to come to clean the mess. On July 14, 2023, I called and spoke to Bri and informed her that they did not need to keep calling and didn’t need me to clean their mess. It was accessible. On July 14, 2023, 2 men showed up with an attitude and attempted to clean the mess but left it just as it was previously and left my water running. I didn’t realize it was still on until July 18, 2023. Now, I have to pay a company to power wash my home, and a plumber to fix their mistakes. Also, they only gave me a one-year warranty on their work, and the water barely came out of the faucet. I wouldn’t allow them to do free work. They were incompetent and beyond unprofessional. From the reviews, others have complained about them leaving a mess.
