Completely waste of time. I waited for weeks to get work done that was already agreed upon. They showed up 2 days after it was scheduled, told me I needed to do this instead of the original contract. Got mad and said he wasn’t going to do this and that. All because I didn’t want to do my plumbing on my building his way. I ain’t no plumber, but pumping sewage up and over onto a roof, down a pipe that’s for venting purposes only.

Time after time solid plumbing has saved the day! From flushing a baby wipe down the toilet ON thanksgiving day while in labor with my daughter, to a busted pipe from a freeze, to most recently a break in our water main caused by tree roots, Solid Plumbing has been able to come the same day and offers fair, affordable pricing. Everyone at the company is so friendly and helpful. We appreciate y’all so much!!!

Rob and another gentleman showed up within the allotted time slot. I had a backup issue and they fixed the problem in a timely manner. They were professional and explained the cause of the issue. I’ve used this company about 3 times and have never had a bad experience! I am pleased with the service and will call them each time I have a plumbing issue and would recommend them to everyone I know.

The schedule appointment with Solid plumbing was to repair the cover on the clean out drain in the ally. The cover kept getting broken due to the heavy traffic driving on it. Over the weekend the plumbing inside stated backing up and making bubbling noise. Called the office and spoke to Amanda about what had happen. She was professional, courteous and concern about how to help. The crew arrive and while preparing to fix the cover on the drain, they notice that the pipes were damages. The crew had to dig up the pipes and replace them. I appreciate Joe and Justin; they did excellent work. 10-star service. Thank you, so much.

A couple days ago I had the line from the meter to the house break. I called Solid plumbing and within 2 hrs they were out there and got it fixed. They cleaned up the yard after doing all the digging even with all the mud. I wanna say thank you to all that came out and fixed that water line in the single digit temperature.

I spoke to Amanda who is very helpful. She sent Jeff and another person out. They were great. They cleaned up after themselves. She didn’t even know they were there. They were fast, friendly, and very professional. I totally recommend these guys.
