Called this company and asked them if they serviced my area. They told me they did I set up an appointment with them to service my septic tank and told them I’d like to know more about their regular maintenance plans. The lady that answered refused to answer any questions about their service plans and explained that the service tech would go over those options when they showed up to fix my septic system. They blocked out an entire 9hr day for the appointment. I had to take off of work to make sure I’d be there when they were. Come appointment day no one showed up I got a call 15 mins after 5pm stating that I live outside their service area for the regular maintenance, he didn’t say if he was still coming out ti fix the system. Called the front desk to see if they were still coming out they told me no because it was after 5 apologized and offered for them to come out again and to set up another 9hr block appointment with the fee waived. I declined their offer. I didn’t get a courtesy call saying they couldn’t make it or that they were late and the front desk blatantly lied and said they service my area after I gave them my address and zip code terribly organized company would not recommend

Called for an appointment, got scheduled for a 4 hour block 8-12am. It got pushed to almost 4 with no phone call. We canceled. Save yourself the time.

I love Mullin Plumbing! As a really old Baby Boomer, businesses sometimes try to take advantage. I dread having to have something repaired. During this horrible heat, my a/c was just not working properly. After doing some research, I called Mullin Plumbing. Their scheduling crew were great to talk to and Michael Woodward came out to check my a/c the next morning. He was very professional and polite and advised me that the unit just needed to be cleaned and serviced. The price for that was very reasonable and now my unit is working! It was a great experience and I’m relieved that I have found a service I can trust.

My 40 gallon gas hot water tank went out on me Thursday night. I called Mullen Plumbing Inc. at 08:00 am on Friday. Hank Wiley the Mullin plumber and his apprentice called me back around 09:30am. Hank gave me a quote and pick up a new hot water tank along with the parts and had it installed before 11:00 am, and my residence is a hour away from their shop. Hank Wiley and his apprentice was very professional and extremely detailed on their work on the hot water tank. Thanks again Hank

I had to work with mullin and ONG to move a gas line for a pool installation in my back yard. The steps that are required to move a gas when dealing with ONG is just short of your worst nightmare. Pair that with trying to find a plumber that is skilled and accommodating and willing to patiently deal with the beauracratic complexity of ONG. Mullin plumbing provided the perfect duo, Hank Wiley and his right hand man. It took weeks and several trips to complete the project, but without his skilled knowledge and expertise I’m not sure how well it would have turned out. He showed up in last minute ordeals and made sure that everything was done properly and was so considerate and patient. I’m truly thankful!

Hunter was very thoughtful, diligent and kept me very well informed. He is one of the most honest and trustworthy persons I have encountered! He went above and beyond any service person I have had in the past. I will definitely use him again when I need a plumber. I will recommend him to everyone.

These guys will price gouge you like crazy. Called to have a routine septic inspection just to make sure everything was ok and operating like it should be. That was $80 which is ok I knew that. After they told me everything looks good and how it should be, I asked if they could help me turn one of my sprinklers so it didn’t spray my fence and he said sure, pulled out a pair of pliers and turned the dial for me in about 45 seconds. When he pulled out his iPad he said that’ll be $160 and he said bc he had to do anything other than the inspection it was considered a service call. Not only did he not tell me that, you’re going to tell me that it’s $80 to turn a sprinkler 180 degrees with a pair of pliers? Now my system isn’t working and I’m having to call them back out and they said just so you know, if it’s not related it’ll be a minimum of $180. Don’t use them, they are outrageous in their pricing
