I can’t say enough good things about Eagle Heat, Air & Plumbing. Our AC went out around 1:00am at the beginning of a long holiday weekend. I messaged Cody to see if anyone was available on the morning of July 4th, expecting to have to wait until the following Monday (4 days), but he came out first thing that morning and had us back up and running in minutes. Thank you Cody for sacrificing your family time for your customers. We appreciate more than you know. Once again Eagle Heating, Air & Plumbing saved us! Thank you for sending Marcus when I called last minute on Friday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend when my AC quite working! Marcus was able to immediately diagnose the issue (which 2 other techs from another company previously could not). Our HVAC system is under warranty with another company who installed it before we bought our house, however we will never use that company again as their techs have no clue what they are doing and they are not customer service oriented. Eagle techs are always professional, courteous, show up on time and are extremely knowledgeable! Thank you Marcus!!
