Hacing an older home, we was worried about how to get our bathroom back into shape. We called Joe, and I have to say, it turned out way better than imagined. It’s beautiful. I’ve never seen such a hard worker, he was courteous, professional and reasonably priced. He went over and above to give us the finished look we wanted. I would recommend him 1000%! If you need a remodel, this is company to call!! Thanks for all you did!!

One-stop shop for your home renovation needs. Did whole house renovations (over $100K+) in less than 1-year timeframe. Absolutely, happy with the end results. We were living in a different state when I bought our property-almost sight unseen; had only saw the house for a single 30-minute showing. We were here for the week of closing, and after getting into the house we realized that the renovations would require more than what we could handle DIY. We decided to hire contractors, reached out to Swafford and Jason promptly responded and came out to look at our project requirements within that week we were there (this was during the Christmas/New Years holiday as well). I hired Swafford to handle our construction because of the “can do” attitude Jason had. He solved some of our more complex design issues in our remodel with great ideas that we hadn’t originally thought of. Despite challenges or difficulty that a job might present, Jason would always say “yep, we can do that”. He was also the only contractor who was willing to handle simple jobs or fixes. I.e. we had a hairline foundation crack that was leaking. We wanted that included as part of a renovation… in fact this was one of those mandatory requirements. I was floored when another competing contractor that was quoting say they couldn’t include that fix at that time. Jason of course came back with “yep, we can do that”. Needless to say, the other contractor didn’t get the bid on this $100K+ renovation and Swafford did; all because of a simple ~$600 job. Jason handled all the coordination for the sub-contractor to come out, take a look at the foundation, and do the ~$600 repair. Being out of state, it was difficult to visualize everything or make design decisions. We had to work off our memory of the house… of course this led to multiple design changes. Jason was able to manage and account for the multiple changes. I trusted Jason and his crew with the keys to my home for 5 months+ while I was still out-of-state. Now everything wasn’t always perfect, and communication could have been better at times. However, with any project, there are always unexpected discoveries, setbacks, and delays. Jason allowed us to order some materials and supplies we wanted ourselves and Swafford accepted delivery of the items and checked them for us. When deliveries ran into issues, i.e. broken products they worked with the vendor to get replacements for us. If there was something weren’t entirely happy with, they ensured to correct any deficiencies. They also covered additional work, that was not previously in the scope of the original estimate i.e. discovering rotted foundation and bad exterior door that needed replacement. The bottom-line Swafford stands by their word and work. They made sure that we were happy with what we were getting and when everything was done, we were pleased. They have their busy seasons and at times Jason was hard to get ahold of especially for quotes. However, while on a project I didn’t feel this was an issue and I was able to get ahold of Jason easily. At least, you know that you aren’t being sold services by a salesman but by someone who will handle the job from cradle to grave. I would easily hire Swafford without reservation for my future projects.

Palmor Construction, LLC was recommended to us by our next-door neighbor in 2016. That’s when we met Chad (Owner) and Jordan for the first time. Our relationship started with a flooring project in 2 bedrooms that our boys slept in. The job consisted of removing carpet in both rooms and replacing it with wood laminate flooring repurposed from a project from another area of the house. We couldn’t have been happier or more satisfied with the job they had done back then. Well, a little over a month ago, we called Chad and his Team back again to perform a complete remodel of our upstairs bathroom that was in bad shape. Along the way, they found flaws in the level of the floor joists, the closet and bath fixture mounting areas that had to be addressed. They rebuilt and repaired these areas making sure the issues were corrected to create a perfect outcome for the remodel. Chad’s knowledge, expertise, honesty, professionalism and attention to detail is unmatched in this industry. He kept in contact with my wife and me throughout the whole remodel process and finished up just before Christmas. On behalf of my wife and me, I would like to sincerely thank Chad, Jordan and their Team for an excellent Job!! The bathroom turned out beautiful, and we are very satisfied!! Roger & Katie

This company undertook a massive waterline replacement in Kettering in late 23-early 24. They did an absolute fantastic job putting things back BETTER than they found it. If your city has an upcoming project you need to lobby them to use this company. I have had my yard DESTROYED by other contractors who took no measures to repair it. These guys not only repaired their work. But also the stuff that AT&T messed up the year before
