Superior Quality Building & Remodeling, LLC 2 months agoWhen having this company quote your job, be sure to think of everything before you sign any contracts. How many lights do you want and where? Do you want dimmers on everything? Do you want a dumpster at your property for the entire renovation? Make sure you test all connections and design before closing up walls. I had issues with them installing the range vent and dryer vent. I ended up spending over $1,000 more to have the work redone and rerouted. They are still saying everything was installed correctly even though my $2,000 dryer kept alarming that the duct was 90% full before I ran my 4th ever load of laundry.I wanted to spend that extra money just because it was fun for me. What do you think? Also, if you write a check on a Friday evening at 4:00 PM be sure to have the funds in your account because they will cash the check at that moment. I transferred money Monday morning, silly me. I’m telling you all of this so that you can be prepared, not only regarding this contractor but ALL contractors. My list is much longer than this but I think this is enough for now. I have never gone through the effort to give anyone a bad review. I want anyone considering this company for any project on their home to make sure they know what they are getting themselves into. Also, I don’t write bad checks.

After six months in the home, we could not be more impressed in the quality of their craftsmanship. His entire team, Danielle and Dwayne were a pleasure to work with and very attentive to our needs through the entire process.
