Luke showed up, diagnosed the problem and got to work. He did a very thorough job and was very professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them out again… as a matter of fact I had to have them out again (almost 2 years after the original review) and Luke saved the day again. Turns out we have a belly in the drain pipe from the house to the septic tank that needs fixed in the long term, but he was able to get the pipe clean and ready to last until they can do the permanent fix. Same day service and got us working again.

The office administrator was very professional, patient, and helpful. When Luke got here, it took him less than a minute to determine the problem. He was exceptionally professional, personable and HONEST!! He explained what the problem was, patiently explained what and how he would fix it, told me it was one flat fee, and presto, the job was done, my drain ran clean and fast! Highly recommend All Drains for your drain needs!! Shout out to Kim Glasscock for recommending! Thank you All Drains!

This is my first time having All Drains to my home. They came highly recommended and I know why. One look at my hot water heater and the tech saw a small leak and another technical problem and fixed them immediately with little mess. I told him I owned the house for 7 years and had low hot water pressure. After looking at the bathrooms and kitchen sinks, he pulled lines and replaced them and now I have even pressure! All Drains are my new and favorite plumbers. Plus their prices are reasonable!!

The house had set for two years unoccupied and when new tenants moved in the pipes had frozen and busted. I called them the day of the incident and they were able to have all the pipes fixed the next day for less than $700.00
