The plumber came, located issue, fixed issue in a timely manner. He was friendly and i will be calling again for any plumbing issues. The price was right also.

Unprofessional. No question we used his service a couple years ago and got the job done but after seeing an ongoing issue with the property had made contact again and all of a sudden this guy doesn’t recall having even been there let alone any useful information that would benefit a long term solution. Then simply asked if he could come clear the drain atleast and he gave a simple answer of “No”. Never to be used again at any of the 150 properties we have and not recommended. I would have given zero stars if that was an option.

Showed up when they said they would. Fixed the partially clogged main line in 15-20 mins. Had to wait a day or so for a service call but the price was worth the wait rather than calling rotorooter and paying triple. Tech was great. Would absolutely use again. Edit- called them for a waterline replacement from the house to the road. Had to wait 7 days including the weekend however their price was very fair and they performed the job flawlessly. The cleanup was great and i could not be happier with my decision. Holderbaum is definitely my go to for plumbing needs.
