Unfortunately not the best experience for me. The service member who came out was very professional and knowledgeable, but basically told me they couldn’t provide the service I had requested. I spoke to an individual on the phone when scheduling who said they could look at and help with what I inquired about which was pipes backing up and flooding around window wells and using video in them to see what’s wrong. The website said they specialize with excavation and drainage so I assumed this would fall under that category and the individual on the phone made it sound like it did as well. So I ended up sitting around and waiting in the 5 hr window they said the member could arrive in for no progress. Paid $100 just to be told they can’t help and to call someone else.

Had a great experience with Five Star. The tech showed up when he said he would be there and he replaced my outside water faucet quickly and expertly. Highly recommend their plumbing service.

They are professional and always on time. I have used their services multiple times including for an emergency leak in our water heater. They are fair in pricing and I highly recommend them

I called Mason Plumbing when the first person I called didn’t show up. Mason Plumbing was able to come that very day and did all the work I needed. The plumber was very friendly told me everything he was doing and gave me options for what I could have done and what needed to be done And was very professional. I would definitely recommend them and I will hire them again if I need any plumbing done.

Very nice people… rip off… guy came to the door… walked around the house…took a look and said it cant be done by them… pulled out the charge to pay the $99….. if they knew they did not do that kind of work… why did you charge me… oh well

Guiliermo was great! Answered all of my questions, explained the issue and estimate, offered other services, etc.. Hope I don’t have to see him again, but he’s the one I’d want to come out if I do!

Exterior storm water drain line cleared of roots. Prompt and professional. Will call upon their skills the next time I need plumbing services.
