Called them Saturday morning because I woke up Friday morning with a flooded basement. Gentleman was nice on the phone said he could have someone out on Sunday because they were going to be in my area anyway. Sunday I waited then called at 11:14 am. Same gentleman said oh I’ll give my tech a call to see where he’s at on current job and call you back. Never heard from him. I was frustrated and disappointed. I called him back at 4:42 pm, no answer so left a voice message. Told him this was my first encounter with their company, first experience, and it wasn’t a good one. I just canceled the whole thing. I don’t want to be bothered with a company that doesn’t even have the courtesy to just call and say we can’t do it so that you can move on. I’m not sure what their logo ASAP mean, but it doesn’t fit this company.

I scheduled with this company twice to come and give me an estimate on a hole in my drain pipe and they never showed up.

I’ve used ASAP Plumbing on several occasions as a property manager. Henry showed up on the service calls and he was knowledgeable, courteous, answered all my questions and completed the job right. I also found it very easy to deal with Diana in the office and the scheduling of the jobs was a breeze.

NO way, no way, no way! This guy also operates under the name Affordable Plumbing. Guy does NOT show up! He also does not answer his phone. EXTREMELY unreliable! Stay away. If it’s a drain problem, Nickloff Plumbing is better AND reliable! But only for drains. As for ASAP/Affordable Plumbing, NO WAY! Never again!

Very expensive plumbing service! Plumbing job was satisfactory but labor with NO plumbing parts needed cost me $175.00 for exactly one hour!
