My AC was not operating and I had called a different company for service. They scheduled me more than 2 weeks later, said it was first available. My nephew suggested APEX PROS. I was able (on Tuesday) to make an appointment on line for Friday afternoon. Will arrived and confirmed the main issue, and determined what was causing it. He was able to replace the wiring and get things cooler again. He is professional, polite, and knows his stuff. I was impressed with his attitude both as a person and towards his profession. I will be calling APEX PROS if needed in the future.

now that the A/C works i am happy. Being a disabled Army veteran with MS it is imprtant to keep cool. Apex has provided my family with that. i have no complaints. i trust Apex. thank you Apex Pros.

Very glad to have my AC back, Tyler Kingsbury was on time and fast to inspect our unit. He suggested us to a new system as ours was very old. Tyler walked us through our options and the benefits and showed extreme levels our patience with our many questions. On the side of installation the gentleman Amber Poudel and his brother Ganga Poudel were very professional and worked well to get the unit up and running they worked hard out in the heat and were very upbeat the whole time. I’ll be sure to mention Apex by name when recommending HVAC needs to anyone I know.

Drew did an excellent job at my home today. Came in booties over his boots introduced himself asked me a few questions and got to work. He explained how my outside unit needed cleaning and when I saw it he was right it was filthy! I saw the before and after pics he took and it turned out great. He finished with all the other checks and even explained a service Apex offers to get my unit checked regularly which I will probably use. For my next check I will need to have Drew come back again. Great job Drew!
