Do not use this company for small or big jobs. We had Josh come out to install a new sump pump. He gave me the option of a 1/3 or 1/2 hp system. He informed us that a 1/3 hp should be fine and a 1/2 would be overkill. We had some flooding issues so I told him we would like the 1/2 hp system just to be sure. Well month later after having another flood incident in the basement I notice that he installed the 1/3 hp system and charged us for the 1/2 hp system (several hundred dollars more). I have since contacted the office and since their invoice doesn’t clearly state a 1/2 or 1/3 hp being installed that they won’t do anything about it. Really didn’t think I need to check the work of a licensed plumber. We also had plumbing 911 quote a new discharge line installation. Spent about 30 minutes talking to Josh about the path of the new line. I needed a plot map write up to get a permit. It took over 2 weeks to receive this and the new line layout was completely different than what was discussed with Josh. 100 feet of the new line was on my neighbors property. I went with a different company and saved roughly $10K. I had good experiences with the Cuyahoga Falls location, but terrible experience with Elyria.

Would definitely recommend this company! I had a new gas valve put on for new stove! Called yesterday and got someone today😊 Reasonable pricing!! From the scheduling to the technician everything was great! All showed courtesy,professionalism and they all were so friendly!! Thank you Gage, Brandi and Karen! Will definitely use you again if ever needed and will tell my friends!!

Josh was very professional while also being friendly. He solved my plumbing problem efficiently and left everything neat and clean. The pricing was fair but expensive … I don’t quibble over price and have found that you usually get the quality you pay for. I would definitely call Plumbing 911 again if I need their services.

James thoroughly accessed our situation, provided a quote, and got to work, protecting the area he was working in and resolved our problem. He kept checking the other areas to make sure water wasn’t going somewhere else. The issue was resolved quickly!!
