Elijah came out today on a Sunday to clear out a main line back-up. He was exceptionally helpful and professional. He recommended some future services to help keep this issue from happening again. We had an emergency – washer wouldn’t drain, toilet and utility sink filling up and overflowing! We were very concerned we wouldn’t be able to find a plumber on a Sat night. Sure enough first place we called said they could come Mon. Called Ed Rike Plumbing and they said they’d get someone out to us. Enter Justin. Justin called to let us know he was on his way, arrived promptly and knew right away what our problem was. He explained everything to us as he worked and had everything resolved within an hour. Justin was professional and knowledgeable. Beyond fixing our problem, he gave us advice on how to avoid future issues and recommendations on maintenance. Highly recommend Ed Rike Plumbing and cross your fingers Justin is the guy who shows up at your door.

Doug was punctual and very knowledgeable. He came to unclog a drain and stayed for 2 hours until he had the drain unclogged. He showed up the corrosion of the original drain pipe and scheduled us for a replacement job within 48 hours. The drain replacement and repair of old shut-off valves was beautiful and functional. For 2 days work, the price was very reasonable and his work/manners were impeccable. I would highly recommend Doug and Ed Rike for all your plumbing needs!

Ricky and Justin came out to our house to help with getting our washer and dryer unit set up. Some old parts were extremely damaged and needed to be fully replaced. It was a great experience working with both of them. Ricky was extremely knowledgeable and very happy to explain anything. I felt comfortable to ask him any questions since he seemed more than willing to answer anything. Justin worked extremely hard and got our washer and dryer set up perfect. I would 100% work with them again, because it was such a great experience.

Ed Rike Plumbing responded to my call for help in a very timely manner. Their master plumber, Ricky, was polite and friendly. He quickly diagnosed our problem which was inadvertently caused by another company that remodeled our bathroom. Ricky game me an accurate estimate including the cost of the part that I needed. Upon returning with the part to install it he brought Justin who is studying with Ricky. My wife and I are pleased with the job we received and will use Ede Rike Plumbing for future projects. Beware that you get all the info about the bill pricing. called to get a drain unclogged. ask the price woman said $95. service fee $115. for ist hour. two guys showed up to clean drain. didn’t have the proper tools to do the job. couldn’t find the cleanout. suggesed a camera at 500. dollars add to already bill. left for 41 minutes to get camera at shop. found the cleanout and called them to say i found the cleanout. they came , back work, was done . bill came to 595.00 for a no more than 1hr 15min job. total bill was 2 .5 hours. 2nd guy was paid 65. dollars an hour . i paid for both guys to go back to shop, at 180 an hour. called and ask about prices and i got told by the womans boss she counldn’t do nothing about it. 2nd guy was just riding and got paid for it at my expense. she give me a different story than the 1st woman. guess they figured because i was a senior it was okay to rip me off. so bottom line was 545. dollars total for cleaning a 1hr 15 min job: beware , make sure you get the rates you are supposed to be charged. said she would return call. no such luck. never had more than one guy to clean out an clogged drain outside before. didn’t take that long. no more than 1hour 15min. the boss said it was necessary for the second guy they told me on phone. i didn’t see where it was necessary. 41 minute free ride and no more than 45 minutes at my place. he kept asking the 1st guy about changing to run the snake, he said no?!!!! I though that was strange!!! didn’t need his help’ but i was told on the phone when question about it, he was necessary to do the job. wish i would have video the whole process. the actual work when they finally completed job was fine. The billing was way off base.
