I had sewage back up into my basement last weekend, and I am very happy with the response I’ve received from Roto-Rooter. I called a few plumbers last Monday to get estimates for repairing the damage. Roto-Rooter came out and gave me their estimate…And when I told the contractor that I got an estimate from another plumber that charged half the price, the contractor had no problem agreeing that would be a better deal. I thanked him for his honesty, with no idea that I’d still be receiving a follow up from Roto-Rooter’s cleaning service. I’d admitted that I was going with a different service for the plumbing issue, but since the cleanup was billed to my home insurance, they still came out to finish the job. The cleaning crew was incredibly thorough. To be honest, I had a filthy utility sink in my basement that was gross regardless of the flooding issue. I came down to find it *sparkling* clean. Unfortunately, this has not been my first basement back-up while owning this house, but this has been the most dedicated crew in making sure the job was done correctly. Team members have come in every day since cleaning to check on how the basement is drying to make sure everything is drying and cleared as planned. I’m very impressed with the dedication of these contractors to make sure the job is done right. Personally, my experience with Roto-Rooter has been very positive, and I definitely recommend including them as trusted contractors.

I highly recommend every person that is considering to use Roto Rooter to read each review. If you decide to use them, you need to discuss the contract before signing it. Ask them about what they will charged based on what needs to be completed unless other problems come during the process. Our family did not have a great experience with Roto Rooter. I’m asking future customers to get clarification on your contract before signing it.
