This guy came over to clear our drain out, and after he was done, he told us that his tool was not long enough. He was not able to complete the job due to his own fault, but he still charged us full price. We had to call another company and pay a second time.

I just had a fantastic experience with this company. I would do business with them again in a heartbeat. Adam was so incredibly, friendly, thorough and professional. Frankly, they should charge more. If you need a plumber call Falls sewer and drain cleaning before even considering one of the “national brands” that show up on the top of your search results.

Adam’s work is exceptional. He is so knowledgeable. He seems to be able to solve whatever problem you have. His prices are very, very reasonable. He went out-of-his-way to please us. He even went to the home improvement store himself to get what we requested. In the past, he has unstopped out kitchen sink & just lately our bathroom sink. Today he replaced our kitchen faucet, our bathroom faucet, our hand-held shower head with cord & our shower spout. We could not be more pleased! Just for a side note, his Mom is his receptionist & she is just as sweet as they come. Don’t be afraid to use this local plumber. You will love his work & your pocketbook will too.
