I was extremely pleased with their service. Called and within 2 hours the technician( Agyemang McLovinn) showed up and fixed my clogged drain. He was very friendly, clean and did the job. The sink functions back to normal. Would recommend these guys to anyone in need of quick servicing. Put everything back the way it was.

Chatting online at 5pm. Just checking and asking questions. Their tech was in my drive at 5:20. My spring fed pond was over flowing. Had the pipe cleaned in May by another company and cost me $525 for 10 minutes of work. Even though they cleared it then must not have completely cleaned it because it doing it again. Mr. Rough cleared it. Pond is drained down now to be able to fix pipe. Rough was so polite smiling even through the rain. This only cost me $93. Definitely saved their number and I will spread the word of great service, great techs and a very reasonable price!

I called these guys to come out and clean out some of our plumbing, they were available for same day service and very helpful with everything. The tech that came out Kalvante was excellent! He went above and beyond to take care of the issue and he was very personable. It’s hard to find good workers like that these days and rescue rooter has a solid one with Kalvante! I absolutely recommend them and would/ will use them again if/ when needed!
