David, the plumber, courteously notified me when he was on his way. He showed up slightly earlier than the set time. He was polite and made the effort to explain his work method. I own a boiler system, which isn’t a straightforward item to manage, particularly as it’s a hot water system that’s been in use for over 25 years. It’s not easy to find someone with knowledge of such a system in Cincinnati. Luckily, this plumbing expert had no difficulties tackling it. Everything was functioning flawlessly, and no issues were discovered.

working with this plumbing company was a breeze, they went above and beyond to help us out. they even left their hose with us in cincinnati until we could get a new one. plus, they offered to answer any plumbing related questions we might have, just give them a call anytime. i did reach out and david was kind enough to give me advice over the phone to resolve a problem that wasn’t even related to the repair. i would totally recommend them.

in every aspect of the job, Preston & Sons Plumbers were fantastic. After diagnosing the problem, we were presented with several options and each one was thoroughly explained by Brandon. He respectfully followed up, provided a variety of scheduling options and clearly explained our financing possibilities. The plumbing project was handled professionally, with texts and emails sent prior to their arrival, and the team, including Grant and Tanner, were readily available to answer any queries. They efficiently managed the unavoidable complications and we felt assured of their expertise. This may sound excessive, but we’ve had several plumbers over before and these guys were clearly the best. Nobody likes to shell out a significant amount on plumbing, but they definitely make it as bearable as possible. highly recommended! Plus, with the new management in place, their service has significantly improved.

Brandon completed a stellar job, much like the one he did for us back in August 2020. I will definitely be requesting him again, as I valued his professionalism, expertise, and patience. I had a lot of questions, but he patiently answered them all, thoroughly explaining the plumbing issue at hand and advising on the next steps. I faced a complex drain issue, but William was dedicated to resolving the problem and never seemed inclined to quit. This is one of the most proficient plumbing services I have encountered in Cincinnati. There’s absolutely no need to consider any other plumbing service provider.

I needed a gas shut off valve installed in the kitchen for my cooktop. Edwin and Gary did a excellent job. They were knowledgeable and professional. Edwin had some essential tips regarding my house renovations and explained thoroughly exactly what they were doing. They were both friendly and they left the work area very clean.

Mike G. took his time and let me know of an dilemma with a toilet that had been installed by the previous do-it-yourself owner where a flange was missing. We were lucky we never had a leak onto into the condo unit below us. He installed the toilet the correct way, never “complaining” about the extra time. Of course we ended up paying more for the additional time and part but at least we know that was done with no short cuts. We will be having some additional job done on a faucet fixture & will request Mike for all our plumbing job if he is available. So nice to find hard-working, reliable professionals!

Matt and Connor were awesome! They were professional and courteous. I received a text when they were on the way, and they came about 30 min later and got right to work. I wasn’t able to stay during the work, but Matt gave me updates during the day letting me know how it was going. I endorse this company to anyone needed plumbing services.
