Ethan and Zach did a great job on moving our washer/dryer to a new location on our first floor. Once they were able to get into the wall, the work ended up requiring a more complicated solution. They communicated the entire time, giving us options and keeping us aware of everything that they were doing. The work ended up taking twice as long as originally thought, but Ethan stayed until the job was finished and answered all of our questions.

Joe Steffan was the technician who worked on a problem we had with strong taste on our water. He did a great job testing our water out of the taps and looking at the water softener to determine that it it needed tweaked a little because it had been installed with the factory defaults and needed to be adjusted to a lower setting. He also told us about filter options if we still weren’t satisfied with the water. He was very through in helping us with the water system.
