When the problem turned out to be worse than expected, they communicated very well and let us know along the way an estimate of cost we would be looking at which we felt was very fair. I was alerted by the city that I had an underground main leak and I called Payless– they were there for an estimate within the hour! Incredible job on a major project that involved digging, running a new main, AND busting through well over a foot of limestone foundation for my 100+ year old home. Phenomenal job completed in just two days (although I’m confident they would have handled it in a single day had they not been forced to trench 100 foot of concrete in my driveway) and the city came out and gave it an A+. Would recommend these folks to anyone in the region!!!

I thought I had already reviewed this business! Awesome experience! Jimmy helped me at Lowe’s because none of the staff was available, then he delivered and installed the new hot water tank. Great service, great staff, great prices!
