Yoder Barns Brunswick a year agoI ordered a shed through Yoder Barns in Brunswick and I couldn’t be happier with their services. My first call I was walked through different options I was contemplating, and I was given such great advice. They really took their time to ensure I had all the information (even after business hours!). Ordering was simple yet detailed to make sure I was getting everything I wanted (no pushy salesman, just ensuring I wasn’t forgetting anything). As for delivery, when they quoted when the shed would be ready, it was to the day and the delivery guys were just as gracious. In a world where chaos is all around us, these company has it right!

Olivieri & Son Inc. 3 months agoMet Rocco on Monday morning, April 1st, to review water in my basement. He provided details of the work they would perform and an estimated for it. I told Rocco I wished to proceed but he told me he needed to first review it with his son. That was 2 weeks ago and I’ve had no reply from Olivieri. If the project was of no interest a courtesy response would have been appreciated. That’s just good business. So, my 1 Star review is exclusive to Olivieri’s customer service and not to work they performed since they never completed anything for me.

Ohio Cabinets 3 weeks agoVery professional and took great care of our home throughout the Renovation process. Communication was good and trades were knowledgeable and on time. Very happy with our new bathroom!

L.E.C. Construction Services Inc 5 years agoExcellent craftsmanship, on-time and on budget! L.E.C. Construction executed our vision in turning our 25-year old ranch home into the space we have dreamed about for a number of years. The project included installation of luxury vinyl flooring throughout. L.E.C. installed the flooring with seamless transitions at doorway thresholds providing a coveted continuous flow of space. Kitchen and dining room remodel that included a removal of a wall separating the two spaces, creation of a t-shaped counter/built-in table and feature stone wall and glass cabinet. The space is now wonderful for entertaining. Recommendation to utilize under cabinet lighting provides a definite “WOW” factor. Update of the laundry room to include a countertop for folding and expanded cabinet space. Custom-built a gorgeous black walnut beam to accentuate the great room cathedral ceiling that previously was a very vanilla room. Update of guest bath incorporating new cabinetry, plumbing and tile accents. Last, but certainly not least, creation of a spa-like master bath. The entire crew was very courteous, respectful and kept the workspace tidy. We highly recommend L.E.C. Construction.
