I had a water leak on the house side of my water meter that I was responsible for fixing. I called Spartan and they sent Josh and Sage to make the repair. They did an excellent job at fixing the leak in a small meter pit that contained two meters. I would recommend them again for this type of service. Not on them but be prepared for the required upscale of service required by the office.

We just returned from vacation only to come home to no water pressure. Last year we had a PRV put in for having too much pressure and spartan had someone at our house within 30 minutes, put in a new valve and there was no charge since the old one was still under warranty. We were very happy with the experience, thank you!

I had my sewage sump pump go bad (it was getting really hot and constantly running) and Kris, Kade, and Austin made quick work of identifying the issues, explain what needed to be done, and did the work so fast and efficiently. They were very knowledgeable and very polite and friendly. Fixed it same day I called too. Highly recommend Spartan for any plumbing needs. I will definitely use them again!

I would not recommend Spartan plumbing to anyone! I had a water back up back in July and they charged me $2500 to do a Hydro cleaning of my pipes which they told me would last 18 months but it only lasted six months. They came back out and checked the situation and told me that my pipes all needed to be replaced because of tree roots getting in They gave me a quote of $18-$30,000 for repairs. I told them that I wasn’t able to pay that amount and wanted to find out what my other options were. They clean the pipe out again and it only lasted one month. The sales person named JAMIE came into my home and was working a deal with me with some discounts and a payment plan also offering to pay back the original amount from the Hydro jet that never worked, I signed the contract and then upper management calls me saying they can’t honor that contract and those discounts. The manager never called me back to talk to me about these options and my plumbing is still not fixed. This company is a joke stay clear of Spartan plumbing.

Spartan Plumbing came into my house and installed a garbage disposal, he worked in a professional manner, made sure there were no leaks, cleaned up and hauled out the trash. I am so pleased and will have them back to take care of all my plumbing needs.Thank you, Bob Hale
