We all know their commercial they have has a good ring to it, but I will say. They really do care about what they do. MATT from Jeff’s plumbing team came over on a weekend. He not only fixed our issue but educated us on his process and how to keep the drains cleared out more properly for maintenance. Friendly people, great education of the plumbing process. Was truly refreshing to have someone in your home who enjoys what they do for a profession! Thanks Matt!

We’ve had Jeff’s Plumbing come out to our home on an emergency basis and general maintenance.. Absolute stellar service and price.. we’ve had sewer backup, and a subpump that wasn’t working.. Both emergencies they handled without a problem and took care of us ASAP. Techs have been very friendly and have explained things to me in a respectful manner without insulting my intelligence as a female home owner. Thank you so much..I would recommend Jeff’s Plumbing to everyone out there!!

They came to my mom’s condo when her toilet had a leak, coming the same day, and we were so impressed with the service and very reasonable cost! Highly recommend!

This is the third or fourth time we have really needed them. Today we were getting ready to leave for the long weekend, to MSP. Realized an hour before taking off our South sump pump was dead. Called and they had us taken care of, even replaced our north pump by 245. Been awesome for over 10 years for us

Jeff’s plumbing is truly 5 star. They pick up the phone in a timely manner, get you service right away and on top of that provide excellent service. I will never choose a different plumbing provider. I have had two techs come out so far and both have been amazing also!

2020: We called yesterday and today we had Andrew come to our place to fix a leaky shower valve. We are impressed by the honesty and integrity of all Jeff’s Plumbing personnel! 8/15/23 Update: We called Jeff’s Plumbing yesterday and on an issue with a drain tile around our basement. Chris from Jeff’s plumbing showed up today, told us they cannot do the job and for the pleasure to tell us “No” charged $125. I am not sure what happened to this company in the past 3 years, but this is not an honest way to conduct business! Update on my argument with Jeff from Jeff’s plumbing. He personally called and said they will cancel the charge. 5/62024: We called on Friday, but all technicians were busy, so we scheduled the visit for Monday. Billy came in at 12:17 pm to unclog a bathroom sink (vanity) drain. During this visit, we have noticed, the quality of work went down but the prices went way up. The quote we got on the phone was for $150 for the first hour and then $115/hr for the remaining time of work. Professional would’ve done the job in less than an hour. However, whether because of lack of tools or of experience and knowledge, the work went till 1:52 pm. 1 hour and 35 minutes later our charge was $330 and the plumber said “there is No warranty” on their work; and the vanity drawer may not be able to close. 🙂 I am sad that this business started with a full 5 star rating and flying colors in our book and now is down to 2.

Called with an issue was told the guy would be out that night. Got a call about 9pm that he wouldnt be able to make it and they would be out in the morning. Ok i was cool with that…. Next morning crew shows up at aboit 8:15am was at the house 30mins. According to them the problem was solved. That night went to run my dishwasher and it backed up in my basement. Called and left a mesage on tyler’s phone with no response. I have tried calling several times and do not get a return call. I currently STILL have the issue cause i do not have another extra $260 to pay to have the same 30 mins of service. I DO NOT recommend this service. They do not return calls. I will find someone else from now on.
