This morning I woke up to water and sewage pumping out in my crawl space. I called Mr. JJ to come and looked at the problem. The man was honest with me and gave me instructions on how to handle it. The issue was fixed!!! He could have came here and took my money (when Lord knows I didn’t really have it) and went on his merry way. I will forever have Mr. JJ’s number on standby for any other plumbing issues in the future. Honesty is definitely the best policy AND it sure goes a long way! Thanks again!!!

JJ and his son were incredible plumbers, and people. They came within 2 hours of our call, found another issue we couldnt even see and were more than reasonable in fixing it in addition to our original problem. Their extensiveness, knowledge, kindness, and responsiveness makes them our go to for any future issues! Highly recommend to anyone who is looking to get some work done at a reasonable price.

I had a shower problem and he couldn’t see me but walked me through it on the phone twice. 30 minutes each. I offered to pay him but he said, just give me a Google review and future business. Other plumbers wanted $300-500 to help put a pin back that was not set correctly. He would have charged $125. Look for plumbers like JJ. Those guys charging $300-500 have people out there who will pay that for 30-60 minutes of work. That means on average, they are charging $5-8 a minute. Where JJ charges $1.50-2.00 a minute. A regular licensed plumber who charges a fair price and not gouge his customers. Tony Bennett

My experience with JJ’s Plumbing work February 2024 is one I would recommend if you’re in need of plumbing work. James contacted me promptly before his agreed arrival time. He got right to work on changing out my well-worn kitchen faucet. We are very much pleased with our new faucet and the professional work this company did for us. From help with purchasing a replacements and recommendations, we are very satisfied with the prompt, friendly service we received and won’t hesitate to call JJ’s Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs. We’re loving our new sink!!!

JJ is the best!!! He came out for what I thought was a water line issue (because the city is charging for more usage) and after spending an hour and a half troubleshooting was able to determine that there is no leak. He was very kind and generous as he did not charge me for his time. He could have easily tried to take advantage of the situation or just charge me for his time, but he didn’t. I will definitely use him if I ever have a problem!!!
