I cannot praise this company and its workers enough! They are the best! You don’t know panic until you see water dripping through your ceiling! I called at 8 at night and within an hour John was here and not only had the problem fixed, but explains clearly what the problem was and what he did to solve it. In addition he suggested a way of mitigate the damage done and it worked, to my great relief !

Needed help with kitchen faucet issue. Patricia reached out and sent Brian and James and they were here quick with correct parts. Repaired the problem and rechecked to make sure all was good. Very professional friendly and I am happy with the service and quick response. Highly recommend them for repairs new installs and all issues.

Had an emergency plumbing situation during the night. Raw sewage backed up into the tub and water was leaking from the bottom of bottom toilets. Collin and Gee came out within an hour of my call to the office and cleared all of the pipes, replaced the wax seals and replaced one spanner flange in the main bathroom. Very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Couldn’t be happier with the service we received!

Had Cogar come out and fix , correct one of those projects that so called friend we all have who says ” I can do that ” will save you hundreds ” ….well I had such a friend. Cogar came out and pointed out all the errors, sent me an estimate, brought it up to code , called with the invoice amount and its done. I will be calling them for the several bathroom redos in my new project house . A word of advise: call a reputable plumber , electrician or HVAC company for your home. Call Cogar. Don’t waste time on unlicensed handyman, DIY friends, or yourself. Lesson learned !

My hot water was broken and I was thankful they were able to come very soon. They seemed to fix the issue quickly and said the flame under the heater got wet and just needed time to dry. They moved on to my leaking sink. Once they left, I saw my sink was leaking a lot of water all over my bathroom floor. I asked them to come back. Twice they said that it would stop on its own and it shouldn’t be a lot of water, despite me saying it was a lot. Finally, they came back and had good spirits about them. They fixed it without charging for over time and left. A few weeks later, the hot water is not working again. If they saw the flame under the house was put out by rain, I thought they would’ve fixed the issue so that it wouldn’t happen again. I’m disappointed.
