Justin was absolutely great. He showed me the inside of the unit and I was able to see the concerns. He also went underneath the house and provided pictures. There was no up sale, just simple honesty. Based on that, we ended up buying a new unit from the salesman Tim. Tim was excellent and did not rush me. He showed us several options and sat there while we decided what was best, including being patient while our daughter tried to take his work bag 🤗. Definitely going to use them for when we complete the upstairs.

Had a plumbing issue. Called B & J. Came same day and Cameron was on time and awesome. Got our issue repaired quickly and gave us estimates on a few more things we need to have done. Great company and super nice plumber! Will call again!

My A/C went out during the night and I called B & J Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning the following morning. The receptionist took my information over the phone and within a couple of hours my technician, Garrett Bishop, showed up and got my A/C up and running quickly! He was extremely polite and professional. He explained everything that was going to be done and let me know what I would be paying before work was started. No surprise fees or different payment amount after the work was done like I have had happen in the past with another A/C service company. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. I am extremely satisfied with my service and will recommend B & J Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning to all of my friends and family! 10 stars for Garrett Bishop!!
