Called in today because our toilet was not flushing well and we were worried something was trapped in the drain. They got someone out within an hour of calling and RB the plumber who helped us was absolutely great. They were upfront about pricing and options before they got started. I will definitely be calling back again for future service needs. Snake out was $205 and got a discount for first time service too.

I have been a customer of Carolina Plumbing Pros for a few years. They have always done a GREAT job for me, both small and large jobs. They are very responsive and get the job done promptly. Pricing is reasonable. My recent experience was no exception. We had a gas leak in the exterior wall of our house. The gas was turned off by PNG and Stefan came by the very next day to help us locate the leak. His knowledge and experience help locate the leak promptly so that the repair could be completed and we could get our gas turned back on. We couldn’t be happier!!! We highly recommend CPP for your plumbing needs.

We had service agent RB come out to our home to check out a clog that was causing our washing machine to leak water. He was very thorough, he respected our home, he provided step by step communication of what he was doing and when he located the issue he explained how it took place. I am very pleased with the service received from this company. I highly recommend them. Our washing machine is working beautifully again with no water leaks. THANKN YOU!

RB and Jordan came out to my Sons house for a Plumbing issue. I could write a long review, but I will keep is short, they were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING…… THE LEVEL OF CARE AND PROFESSIONALISM WAS A 10…… VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY CLEAN…… WE HAD ANOTHER COMPANY COME OUT FOR SOMETHING ELSE AND THEY WANTED US TO REPLACE ALL THE PLUMBING AND GAVE US SOME BAD INFORMATION. RB AND JORDAN WERE NOT CONCERNED WITH UPSELLING US BUT INSTEAD FIXED THE PROBLEM …. AND WE WERE VERY HAPPY, THEY WERE VERY PERSONABLE AND VERY NICE…..YOU WILL BE VERY HAPPY IF YOU CHOOSE CAROLINA PLUMBING PROS…. THEY ALSO WERE ABLE TO COME OUT IN LESS THEN 2 HOURS THE SAME DAY… HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM…. TOM EVANS
