It was around midday July 17, 2024 when I noticed I had a water leak flowing from somewhere in my driveway between the water meter and my house. I knew I didn’t have a lot of time to do anything about it myself so I was in a real bind as to what to do, but I remembered seeing these blue Pipeworx vans around town so I decided to look them up and give them a call. It was close to after hours when I made the call, but Callie at Pipeworx manage to fit me in on their after hours schedule for an emergency repair. Within an hour of making my initial call to Pipeworx, Jacob arrived conducting himself in a polite professional manor ready to locate and fix the leak. It couldn’t have been much more than 30 minutes from the time Jacob started shoveling into the ground that he had located the leak, made the repair, and covered the hole. I was in awe! I still am! Jacob is truly a remarkable young man who gets the job done! The repair he made was a thing of beauty! Some real pretty work! No way I could’ve done something like that myself and in such a short amount of time. It was quite impressive! If you’re in need of any plumbing services don’t hesitate to call Pipeworx. I whole heartedly recommend them! Pipeworx is a great company with great people working for them. I give them 5 Stars all the way! I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. The people at Pipeworx spared us from a night of waterless hell! So very grateful! Thank you Pipeworx! Thank you Callie! Thank you Jacob! You all are the best!!!

We had to get a service call on Sunday,Derrick was our technician,he was courteous,professional,and very helpful! Our issue was resolved quickly! We dont have anymore issues with our water,thank y’all for the fast result!

Derrek & Jacob were @ my house this past Tues to install 2 new toilets. They wore shoe covers (I didn’t ask!), explained what needed to be done & gave me a quote w/ no pressure. When they were done w/ the installation they showed me their work & I can honestly say you would never know the 2 new toilets didn’t come w/ the house. I was so impressed that they had removed all of the old materials/trash & cleaned around the floor. They made sure everything worked & that I was happy before leaving. Highly recommend these 2 men & this business!!

Phillip just came out to repair our water line to our ice maker. Came out right on time, very professional, and very respectful. From the first call with the office lady, Cali, who made us realize our business was going with pipeworx because of the family atmosphere we knew we would be taken care of well. Harley and Jacob were the best. They came out when we had no water with our well. Their professionalism and expertise were top notch. They were very informative on what they were doing and steps we can take for our well care. This company has very reasonable rates for after hours/ out of area calls. Within a couple hours they had our water back on with new well parts.

We have used Pipeworx many times over the last 3 years and spent thousands of dollars. However, something has changed! They did a poor repair on our toilet in October, and came out under warranty to repair it. Then they said it was a broken flange that had clearly been installed by the last person from Pipeworx because he installed a bunch of shims to make it work. It eventually broke. Then they told us it would be $700-$2300 to fix the problem, even though the estimated cost for a flange repair starts at $150-$200 online. I’m willing to pay more. But that starting price for just the flange of $700 is excessive! On top of all that, they have had multiple scheduling issues just getting a plumber out to visit us, where the plumber calls us to confirm the wrong date, even though the person at the office claims to have confirmed the date.This happened three times and ultimately, the lady on the phone wouldn’t explain to us why this keeps happening and she hung up on us! If this is how they reward great repeat customers, then we don’t need to use them! I don’t recommend you use them either.
