Boone showed up and provided the most exemplary service I have ever experienced. Quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem of sewer smell coming from bathroom and replaced the wax ring under my bowl. Would highly recommend his company, specifically, as his communication and follow through are unparalleled!

Boone Adams was great. He was very professional and attentive. Tried everything and found the solution to my sink clogging up. He even helped with my pricing because I thought the job was something simple but ended up being difficult. He was early and waited for me. He was very nice. Would definitely recommend him.

Had a main sewer line blockage issue over the weekend. Boon came out to save the day. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and took the time to talk me through what he was doing/seeing. We had an issue with our half bath toilet that was taken care of today by employee Boone and his helper. They worked efficiently and repaired what was needed properly and quickly. They explained what needed to be done in terms I could understand. We are renters so I don’t know the end costs but I am sure they were reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.

We had a drain line collapse under the slab of our house that had to be repaired. Called several plumbers and could not even get a response from most of them. Zoom responded quickly. Boone came up with an innovative solution to our problem. They did the work at a reasonable price and cleaned up afterwards. They don’t do general plumbing or HVAC like some of the other companies. THEY DO DRAINS AND DO A GREAT JOB! If I have any other drain problems I will definitely call Zoom.
