We do not recommend this company. The 2 people who showed up were rude, left a huge mess inside and in our crawl space. Didn’t finish the work, told us one thing was wrong then told their boss another. They said we had a small leak in the faucet. When someone else from another company came out, it was discovered they put the pipes in crooked, left off pieces and created 3 leaks within new sink piping. Very poor quality of work – I don’t think the workers were even plumbers because of the work they did. Find someone else to do the work- they are awful.

They did our bathrooms after Florence. The one bathroom runs the shower and the tub at the same time. CALLED OVER 50 TIMES to have them fix it. NEVER answered the phone, always voicemail. Then we actually got through and they were supposed to come July 14 2020 between 12-3….guess what? Its 6:30 and NO CALL NO SHOW!! I am taking them to Civil Court immediately. Do not use this company.

We called Twin Rivers because of a malfunctioning disposal. They arrived within 1 hour and fixed our problem quickly! They were very nice high quality people! I highly recommend them!

This company is NOT GOOD. If you want to be ripped off then they will be happy to do that for you.

The owner and staff went above and beyond! After my house flooded with hurricane Florence I had several issues come up along with busted pipes after walls had to be stripped to the studs. They even changed out my old Bosch tankless hot water heater ( that was flooded) to the new Rinnai hot water heater. I would use them again and recommend them to all my family and friends! They deserve more than five stars!

Don’t call them 4 times and expect them to respond. Especially when you have warranty work. I had to call another plumber when Twin Rivers didn’t call me back. Call Legacy plumbing – I did and I will call them again.
