My hot water heater stopped working, and I noticed that it was leaking water in the pan. The unit is located in our attic, so I wanted it addressed right away. John started working on installing a tankless unit the same day, and was able to finish it up the next day. We are very happy with the tankless unit, it provides hot water much faster than our previous system that had a tank. The install quality was top notch, and for a great price. Thanks John!

John was referred to us by trusted friends so our expectations were already high, but I have to say he exceeded them.. by a lot. We had an emergency water heater situation that turned into upgrading and replacing not only the water heater (to tankless gas) but handling a few other problematic plumbing issues in the house that I had been either putting off or just didn’t know who to ask for help. Surprisingly none of this broke the bank, which was my biggest fear in addressing all of these various issues. Service, response time, follow up were all 100% and well. He also made entirely sure that I understood the new system, where and when it needed any maintenance, and how to get ahold of him pretty much any time. A+ would recommend to literally anyone (trying to get my Mom to go tankless as we speak)

John is the best! He made a promise to come replace my broken tankless water heater the following day. On that day, the job prior to mine was more complicated than planned and he wasn’t able to arrive to start my job until after 6pm. I thought with it being pitch dark, only about 30 degrees and very late after an already hard day, he would cancel on me, but being a true professional and a man of his word, he arrived and got straight to work. He found my builder had installed nothing to code so my job was also more complex than he initially thought. He brought everything up to code and included the additional work and supplies in his initial estimate rather than adding additional costs. I recommend him without any reservation. Thanks again for going above and beyond, John!

We had a great experience using this local business to replace and remove our old water heater, located in the attic. The owner, John, is very knowledgeable and does the installation himself. He recommended a tankless hot water heater for our large family and made sure our installation went smoothly. I was shocked at how great it looks on the side of my house and we now have all the hot water we need! I would highly recommend this company for quality and service.
