Huge shout out to Blake, who came to our home this morning to check our systems and took such good care of us. So grateful for South End and would never use anyone else! Update! Renee sent Austin to our home this morning to save myself and my two little ones from melting and not being able to sleep. They went above and beyond to get us taken care of immediately and Austin was amazing!! I also had the pleasure to speak with Eddie. He is clearly an incredible business owner with great morals and values. I am beyond appreciative and you will have me as a customer for life! Thank you again for being the best HVAC company out there!! You’re a rare gem! I am so happy to have found South End! Several neighbors referred them, and I am grateful. Blake came over to look over our system and was very friendly, professional; knowledgeable, and honest. It has been hard finding a reliable HVAC company, but I think I finally one! Thank you again for booking me so quickly and sending Blake to our home. He was awesome!

My AC stopped working in the middle of July – I had called around to multiple HVAC technicians to no avail. Came across South End and they were quick to respond and had someone out in a matter of only a few hours. Blake is super knowledgeable and fixed the issue at hand. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend

Tommy Dupree at South End Plumming Heating & Air was nothing short of a blessing, and a miracle to my budget! Great guy, thorough service, great overall experience!!! He spent a considerable amount of time in my crawl space and gave me clear detailed explanations. He brought more than cool air… he brought peace of mind. God bless you Tommy!

WE WERE ONLY SUPPOSED TO BE REPLACING OUR FLOORS! 😭 but of course the universe always has a curve ball. Found a leak in the wall which brought us to calling south end plumbing. We had Paul as our plumber and he was amazing. He got the leaked fixed for us incredibly fast and was out the door. What’s a second curve ball?! Lol another pipe started leaking a few hours later, he came back out the same day and took care of that one too. Even filled the slab back in for us so we didn’t have to stress about it. He even politely endured my singing while I was working with headphones on. He said he didn’t mind and that meant I just have a good spirit. Well I can say the same about him, only good spirits know other good spirits. Hopefully we don’t need any further work. But if we do, we would continue to call them.

I had a water leak coming from behind the wall. Paul came out that same day, diagnosed it and fixed it. He had to dig up the slab to get to the pipe and even back filled it before he left which he didn’t have to do. He was very helpful and gave me some FREE advice as well! He’ll be my plumbing guy from now on.

Daniel has been so helpful in completing the full re-pipe for our home. He and Donnie arrived on time, always, and worked so hard to get it completed as quickly as they could, while ensuring everything was done correctly. Dan has been so responsive and always made himself available. He’s so helpful in explaining everything clearly and answered all of our questions so patiently. I had a wonderful experience with SouthEnd Plumbing! I was having an issue with one of my listings with the water not coming on, even though it was turned on with the city and all valves were turned on to my knowledge. I called and explained the issue and in an hour Ted Young was headed to my listing. He was so nice and helpful and resolved the issue quickly. It was an easy fix and there was no trip charge for my seller. Thank you Ted and SouthEnd Plumbing!
