The 24 hour line saved me! Needed someone for a hot switch first thing in the morning and I was able to put my name on the list for the very next appointment! Mr. Craven did a wonderful job giving me options, changing out the switch and making sure my mom’s place is safe. He did a wonderful job explaining what was going wrong with my wattage and why the switch was getting hot. Thank you very much!

I’m a renter, and my landlord had NuBlue come out to my house for a new washer/dryer outlet. I am so thrilled to be getting a new stackable washer/dryer, so I was so excited when Nick with NuBlue pulled up. Super friendly, professional, understanding of my workday (I work from home) as well. I knew Nick knew what he was doing when he just took a glimpse in my laundry room and knew exactly what to get; Nick said he would be back to install the new stackable unit outlet. Nick was super quick with the installation and wrapped up, explained how it would be an easy install AND if we needed someone to cut the dryer vent, their company could come back and help with that as well. Such an awesome experience with a company — especially as a renter, sometimes I get nervous about the people who may come out to the house for repairs, but this was such a positive experience with a company. I had a great experience with NuBlue Service Group in June. We were having an issue with our water heater…NuBlue sent Kyo Dickinson to our home to trouble shoot. Kyo was fantastic and did a very thorough job to find out what was wrong. All communication from NuBlue was great, as well.
