The workers did a great job of putting stone down by the storm drain pipe, and filling the hole for the storm drain back up. Next week they will finish up and put seed and straw down. The workers are very friendly and considerate.

Daniel came out when scheduled (they gave me a window of time but he actually arrived a little earlier than scheduled – no waiting around), was thorough and professional with both the quotes and the job, and cleaned everything up when he was done. Called this morning to get someone out ASAP to help unclog a toilet. The rep I spoke to was polite and helped me book for service this afternoon. When the plumber came, he went over the charge with me which came to about $266. I figured that would seem about right if some major work had to be done. But it took all of 3 min for the plumber to use my plunger and unclog the toilet. The plumber was super nice, his name was Daniel. I know neither of the techs have anything to do with the price and both employees were great! But $266 for 3 min of work to plunge a toilet seems insane to me. I will stick with a smaller business next time. This was highway robbery. Edit-changing for two to four stars because I got a call from the business today. Caleb did let me know that I should have not been charged that much for a simple toilet plunge and that the tech was new and still learning how the business operates. I hope that’s the case and just a mistake was made! Caleb credited me back and I was just charged about $45 which seems WAY more reasonable for a toilet plunge. This was very honest of the company to get back in touch with me to make it right.
