Shane, Eddy’s Well Service came out this morning. Turned off the breaker to the well and are letting it fill. Dylan thinks there is a plumbing leak in the house…maybe a toilet running. We shall see.

Arrived on time, went over options in plain English, got several options and what I felt was a fair assessment of the differences between them. BTW They replaced my upstairs AC last Summer and it’s been nothing but awesome!

Company refused to tell me over the phone how much to replace capacitor that was under warranty. Then came out and replaced capacitor and said it would be $380 for a part that cost $12 and takes 5 minutes to replace. I said no and then had to pay a trip fee. If an HVAC company can charge anything they want on labor the parts warranty is not worth much. Bob Villa website says the cost ranges from $60-300 with average cost for this service $170 so it would seem this company is over charging people

Swift Brothers sent over a picture of who to expect and some info about my installer. Loved that! I had David Vazquez. He was professional and knowledgeable. He was so patient with me because I was clueless. He did a great job of explaining what he did and what I should do in the future. I hadn’t had servicing since it was installed so he explained the benefits or the consequences if I did not get my system serviced. I will now have it serviced by your company. Thank you David and thank you Swift Brothers for your service.
