I contacted Mr Kinney on Sunday because I had no water. Mr Kinney said he will be there shortly, after he arrived he said it was my pressure tank. I had to drive and get my own tank and an assortment of elbows and pipe none of which he had on his truck. I thought all was good. Later that night my wife woke me and said we had no water again. Around 0700 I contacted Mr Kinney and said no water again. He said he would be there shortly. By shortly he got here at 1000 by then I had already pulled my pump out of the well. He said I needed new wire. He than sent me to the store to get my own parts. it took me 45 to 50 minutes to get back. We hooked the wire up and before we lowered it in the well I asked him to check the pump out to make sure it was working. He checked it and said it was good so we put it in. We than turned it on and nothing, he trouble shot a few things and said it was the pump no good, so again I’m off going to the store ,again another 45 to 50 minutes of my time. I get back and he installed the pump. It came to the bill and that’s when he handed me the bill for 4 hours of work. Mr Kinney didn’t have any parts on his truck myself and my son helped as much as his helper and I spent probably 3 hours driving to get parts. I have no problem paying for work but when I call a plumber I expect them to have parts or get them themselves . I very disappointed with them not having parts and charging me for their idle time. The quality of work was there but charging for time I spent was not professional. Would not recommend them unless you have all the parts before they get there.

They a wonderful job for me and did not over charge me for the work that they have done kinney’s plumbing and home repair was right on time they done a wonderful job remodeling my kitchen and bathroom and if you want your job done right just give them a call because they give me a free estimate and I cud not ask for better work be done on my house
