We highly recommend AP Plumbing, and especially John and Pete, for any related services. They truly went above and beyond exceeding our expectations with their thoroughness, honesty, transparency. We were fully informed throughout their inspection and well advised as to different ways of addressing the initial plumbing issue that required their services. They were considerate, kind, and extremely professional. Their attention to detail included advising us of other concerns that were outside of the original scope of work and reason for contacting them, to include ensuring that future potential issues were attended to. From the initial phone call and coordination with Taylor, dispatching the service with Mike, and completion of the job by John and Pete, AP Plumbing was amazing to work with! Many thanks to the entire AP Plumbing team for a job well done!

Another problem arose about a week later not related to the first plumbing issue. I called AP Plumbing again based upon my first experience. Tommy showed up and within less than a half hour the issue was resolved. Tommy is amazing, friendly, informative and experienced with plumbing problems and how to correct them. I could not have asked for a better experience. Once again, I highly recommend AP Plumbing for any plumbing issue.

I had a few minor problems and figured it was time to get them fixed before I sell the house. The guys were great! Explained everything and showed me the actual problems and the process to fix them. Nothing hidden or surprises. Very clean and everyone was professional! Highly recommended!

The two employees they sent replaced the 20 year old hot water heater we had in the basement. They were very efficient and worked together on putting and taking out the old one. They made sure the new hot water heater was hooked up properly and no gas leaks. They instructed me on how it worked and what it should be set at to be the right temperature. It has worked perfectly since it was installed. We are very happy with the new hot water heater and we would definitely use AP plumbing if we have any plumbing issues in the future.

We hired AP plumbing and found Adam and his trainee Pete to be outstanding. Adam’s 40 years of experience provides a very detailed overview of options for our home’s plumbing. After our kitchen project was completed, Adam took plenty of time to examine and discuss what he recommended for HW heater, sump and lift pumps, our hot tub, and provided his insight. Highly recommended.

Worked with Adam in the downtown Syracuse area today. I live in a condo complex and did not know where the main water shut off was for my individual unit, which left open the possibility that we were going to have to shut off everyone’s water. Adam showed up and said he was “on a mission” to not do that – and proceeded to help me find my shut off (behind the stove), hook up a new fridge, and fix a running toilet all within an hour. Super helpful, professional, and quick. Highly recommended.

Arrived right when they said they were going to and had the part we needed to fix our problem. They walked us through everything they were doing as they did it and answered all my questions. Don and Adam had great senses of humor and were very professional and knowledgeable. AP will be our first call for future plumbing needs.
