Absolutely the worst company. My landlord called them for a clogged drain and the technician got the snake stuck in my drain, and instead of trying to get the snake out, they cut it and left.. they told us they were coming back to retrieve it and they never called us back, didn’t show up, and didn’t clean up the mess they started. I would never recommend this company to anybody as they are unprofessional and couldn’t even complete a simple job. Now i am left with no shower and with a bigger problem than what was started. I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by Rapid Sewer. They failed to fulfill any of their promises. Despite assurances that they would thoroughly clean the sewer and resolve my drainage issues, nothing was done effectively. To make matters worse, my drain now leaks, causing even more problems than before. Additionally, the staff was incredibly rude and used curse words when I disagreed with their quote. I would not recommend this company to anyone in need of reliable and professional sewer cleaning services.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had dealing With people who are supposed to know what they are doing. I had two men here, two different days trying to find a leak Coming from my floor and one of them basically said well I’m not gonna check all your appliances after we told him we had waterline in The refrigerator. He never checked it and sure enough it took two women who are disabled to figure it out Stay far away from this company they are the worst. Also, they tell you they’ll be there by two and it’s 7 o’clock and you’re still waiting. Also, their workers are so rude. They slam your doors don’t make eye contact And can barely speak to you

We have been having issues with our work toilet. Matt came to fix the issue and did a great job and finished in a timely manner. He is very efficient and knows what he’s doing. He also has a great personality!!! 5 stars for MATT 🙂

Very quick response to a bad situation. The tech was extremely polite and friendly and definitely knew what he was doing. The price was also very reasonable. I’m very grateful for businesses like one this and I highly recommend them.

Rapid insisted that they need to get access to our apartment when the kitchen sink downstairs apartment water backed up from the sewer even we strongly objected to it because it did not make any sense. After the harassment from condo management, we was forced to take half off on last Friday and drove 45 minutes to get to the condo. It winded up they did not enter my apartment and they just snake the drain under the kitchen sink downstair. After 5 minutes, the plumber unclogged the drain without enter my apartment upstairs. This showed that this plumbing co either tried to fool us or they are incapable to diagnose. The worse part is their attitude of refuse to explain the reason of why they need to get access of apartment. Should stay way from these guys.

Never using this company ever again. I spent over 600 dollars for them to unclog my toilet and to change a flapper which they said they normally charge 130 for the flapper. Then days later the same issue happened again and after begging the worker to check the main trap.. I mean BEGGING he finally checked and saw it was clogged. They would’ve never done anything if I didn’t take no for an answer. Then days later my house had a smell.. the worker never closed the main trap. Left it open and just left and covered it. Not reliable. Rude workers. Nasty workers. Stay away.
