Jaime did excellent work and was willing/able to work with me to make the work more affordable. His experience clearly shows in his work, and unlike other local plumbers in this area, he will do exactly what he said he’d do for exactly the price quoted. (We did discover, through the process, that we needed the pipe that runs from the house to the main line cleaned, so we did also pay for that, but it had to be done!) He did a great job diagnosing multiple issues in our system, resolving them, and ensuring that the work he did was sound. I would recommend him to friends and family in the future. His labor and expertise is worth the money.

Showed up on time to look at my utility sink pump and got it working. He was here for 15 minutes and did not charge me anything. I will not hesitate to call him again for any future plumbing issues.

I called Jamie about drainage issues. Being a master plumber with years of experience he was able to pinpoint the problem almost immediately.. He is very courteous and kept me informed of the issue during his visit. It’s nice to know there are businesses out there like his that actually know what needs to be fixed at a fair and realistic price. I will definitely call him again for all my plumbing needs.

Can’t say enough good about this company. Went into my basement to check on something else and saw a small puddle by my water heater. Gave Jamie a call after seeing the great reviews he had on Google. He was already in Amsterdam doing another job and was able to swing by once he was done. He checked it out and it was obvious the bottom had rusted out with no way to save it (On a side note this water heater was going on year 22 so I couldn’t ask for anymore out of it!). Jamie got me setup with an appointment for the following morning, took a deposit, arrived on time the next morning, took the old water heater with him, and set up the new one. Additionally, he answered any and all questions I had as he was very informative and willing to listen to them. Appreciate the service Jamie!

Company answered my call right away and even though they were booked they were able to help me with a major plumbing emergency the same day. Very friendly and they did a great job. Will certainly continue using them for my plumbing needs and highly recommend them. They replaced all of the metal piping in this picture that goes out to the septic tank.
